Old and Crusty (literally)

So all that cussing was not without reason. The stress has manifested itself in a truly ugly way.

I HAVE SHINGLES.

Google it if you dare.

And yes, I know that usually old people get it. Now you know that my physical age is starting to match my mental one. I already had the requisite back and knee pain. Why not disgusting and painful shingles for good measure?
